Delivery terms and conditions

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods.

All UK mainland orders are delivered by either Hermes or royal mail (depending on weight of bag you purchase).

As we are just starting out we will only deliver to UK mainland to begin with and if demand happens from overseas territories we will deliver to other locations when the demand is there.

If the address for the delivery of your order is a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery from the delivery methods.

We are very passionate about good customer service, therefore we will dispatch either the same day (if ordered before 3pm) or at the very least next day if ordered after 3pm. We are passionate about delivering  quick service and we do our best to dispate the very same day of your order . If you place your order after 3pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, then the bags will be dispatched the next following working day. Working days to us is (Monday-Saturday).

Delivery Period & Charges

Standard delivery £3.95 2nd class Royal Mail or Hermes (signed delivery) 2-5 working days, after dispatch.

Next Day Delivery: £4.95 Track 24 (Next working day excludes weekends and bank holidays) Mon-Thurs up until 3pm. Orders after 3pm will be processed on next working day.

Returns

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. Please note we can not accept any returned items without their original tags.

Right to change your mind

In addition to your other legal rights, you have the right to cancel the Contract (other than in relation to personalised or other products which we have specified as non-returnable, such as unsealed products) and receive a refund from us. your right to cancel a Contract and get your money back starts from the date of your Confirmation email relating to that Contract and ends 14 days after delivery including items on sale.

You must inform us by email at contactelitebagz@gmail.com if you wish to cancel. It would help us if you provide the date of Order and Order number, as well as your name and address to ensure we identify the Order correctly.

If you choose to cancel, then you must return the Product(s) to us either by returning to our Address as detailed (at the bottom) or in our Returning slip that you will receive with the order. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Product(s).

Damaged or Defective Products

We are under a legal duty to supply products in conformity with the Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These rights are not affected by anything else in these Terms of Sale.

you should inspect the product(s) when you receive them for defects or damage. Once received, goods, which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or which have been damaged, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items in their original condition and packaging  within 14 days of receipt. you must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Product(s).

Please note, Only Elitebagz products may be returned.  We will refund you via the method that you used to pay: Where you paid for Products by payment card, we will re-credit the account that card is associated with. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you. If you made your order with PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the Product(s). No refunds for delivered products will be made until have received the relevant products.
